Ingredients

2 cans
solid white tuna (water-packed), drained
340 g
1/2 pkg
broccoli slaw
340 g
1/2 cup
chopped fresh cilantro
125 mL

leaves Boston lettuce
Dressing:
1 tbsp
rice vinegar
15 mL
1 tbsp
sesame oil
15 mL
2 tsp
finely grated fresh ginger
10 mL
2 tsp
honey
10 mL

Method

Step 1
Into a large bowl, flake tuna into pieces using a fork. Stir in broccoli slaw and cilantro.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and honey.
Step 3
Pour dressing over tuna mixture and toss to combine. Mound equal amounts of the mixture among the 4 lettuce leaves to serve.
