Ingredients

- solid white tuna (water-packed), drained
- 340 g
- 1/2 pkg
- broccoli slaw
- 340 g
- 1/2 cup
- chopped fresh cilantro
- 125 mL
- 4
- leaves Boston lettuce
- Dressing:
- 1 tbsp
- rice vinegar
- 15 mL
- 1 tbsp
- sesame oil
- 15 mL
- 2 tsp
- finely grated fresh ginger
- 10 mL
- 2 tsp
- honey
- 10 mL
Method
- Step 1
- Into a large bowl, flake tuna into pieces using a fork. Stir in broccoli slaw and cilantro.
- Step 2
- In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and honey.
- Step 3
- Pour dressing over tuna mixture and toss to combine. Mound equal amounts of the mixture among the 4 lettuce leaves to serve.
