Combine brown sugar, butter and pumpkin pie spice in small saucepan set over medium heat. Cook 3 to 5 min., or until sugar is dissolved.
Place peanuts, pretzels, wheat cereal and oat cereal in 13 x 9-in. (3 L) foil pan. Drizzle with melted butter mixture; toss to coat.. Cover tightly with foil.
Place foil pan on indirect heat in grill preheated to medium-high. Cook 8 to 10 min., shaking pan frequently, until mixture is fragrant. Remove from grill. Wearing oven mitts to avoid steam, carefully remove foil cover. Cool completely. Store in airtight container up to 1 week.
