In a large bowl, combine turkey, cilantro, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Moisten hands with cold water and shape turkey mixture into four 3/4–in. (2-cm) thick patties.
Preheat lightly oiled barbecue to medium-high. Place patties on grill; close lid and grill until cooked through, 4 to 6 min. per side.
Serve immediately with your favourite condiments and buns.
