smoked sausages, such as Compliments Extra Smokey Smoked Sausages

jalapenos, halved and seeded

poblano pepper, halved

red pepper, halved

tortilla chips

shredded Cheddar cheese

corn kernels (fresh or thawed from frozen)

⅓ cup
spicy barbecue sauce
75 mL

green onions, finely chopped, for garnish

Method

Step 1
Cook sausages on grill, preheated to medium-high, 10 to 12 min. Turn occasionally, until lightly charred. Also, grill jalapenos, poblano and red pepper, 5 to 7 min., turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender. Remove sausages and peppers from grill; thinly slice.
Step 2
Lay half the tortilla chips in 13 x 9-in. (3-L) foil pan. Scatter half the sausages, peppers, Cheddar cheese and corn over top. Drizzle with half the barbecue sauce. Layer on remaining chips and toppings (except green onions).
Step 3
Place foil pan back on grill preheated to medium-high. Close lid. Grill 8 to 10 min. until cheese melts. Remove from barbecue. Garnish with green onions. Serve with sour cream and lime wedges, if desired.
