Smoky Hawaiian Pizza with Coleslaw

  1. 1 ball fresh pizza dough
  2. ⅓ cup prepared barbecue sauce
  3. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  4. approx. 6 oz 1 ham steak, diced
  5. ½ red pepper, seeded and diced
  6. ⅓ cup fresh or canned finely diced pineapple
  7. 1 pkg shredded coleslaw mix (454 g)
  8. ⅓ cup prepared coleslaw dressing


  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC). Roll pizza dough on lightly floured surface to fit an 11 x 17-in. (28 x 43-cm) rimmed baking sheet. Transfer rolled dough to sheet and stretch to fit to edges. Spread barbecue sauce over dough. Top with cheese, ham, red pepper and pineapple.
  2. Bake 15 min. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  3. Meanwhile toss coleslaw mix with dressing. Serve pizza slices with coleslaw on the side.
