Ingredients

  • 1 jar (650 mL) Sensations by Compliments Marinara Sweet Basil Sauce
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Compliments Organic Vegetable Broth Low Sodium
  • 16 Sensations by Compliments Prime Rib Beef Meatballs (about 1/3 of 680 g pkg)
  • 2 cups (500 mL) frozen veggie mix such as Compliments Frozen Vegetable Mix for Spaghetti
  • 2 oz (375 g) spaghetti (dried)
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil

Method

  1. Combine marinara sauce and broth in large skillet set over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in meatballs. Cover and cook 20 min. Stir in frozen vegetables. Cover and cook another 5 min., until veggies are tender.
  2. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  3. Toss spaghetti with meatball mixture and oil to serve..
Tip:
Add a couple handfuls of Compliments Boxed Baby Kale or Spinach if you don’t have frozen vegetables.
Or add diced fresh carrots, celery and peppers in place of frozen veggie mix when adding meatballs to sauce.
