Popcorn, Fruit & Nut Trail Mix

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups air-popped or plain popcorn
  2. 2 cups shredded wheat cereal
  3. 3 oz dark chocolate, cut into chunks
  4. ½ cup toasted cashews
  5. ½ cup dried cherries
  6. ½ cup chopped dried mango
  7. ½ cup toasted pecan halves
  8. ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  9. ¼ cup finely chopped candied ginger

Method

  1. Toss popcorn with wheat cereal, chocolate, cashews, cherries, mango, pecans, pumpkin seeds and ginger. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.

For camping, portion into snack-size servings.
