pomegranate juice

Panache 100% Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
5 mL
4 dashes
Angostura bitters
4 mL

large or 3 small ice cubes

mandarin orange peel

Method

Step 1
Mix the chai tea, pomegranate juice and maple syrup in a rocks glass.
Step 2
Add the bitters and ice.
Step 3
Rim the glass with the cut side of the mandarin zest, squeeze it into the drink, then drop it in.
