- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In bowl, stir chicken with barbecue sauce and hot sauce until coated.
- Lay half the tortilla chips on a large pizza pan or baking sheet. Scatter half the chicken mixture, Cheddar cheese, blue cheese, celery and pickled jalapenos on top. Repeat with another layer of chips and remaining toppings.
- Bake 10 min., or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onion. Serve immediately.
Tip: Substitute pickled jalapenos with fresh seeded and sliced jalapenos.
