In small saucepan, combine juice, honey, cinnamon and cloves; bring to simmer 1 min. Pour into large bowl. Add berries (except those for garnish); gently toss with honey mixture. Cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate until needed (berry mixture can be prepared a few hours ahead).
To assemble parfaits, set out 4 decorative glasses (each approx. 8 oz./250 mL volume). Spoon 1/8 of berry mixture into bottom of each glass. Top each with 1/4 cup (60 mL) yogurt, spreading to cover berries. Divide remaining berry mixture among glasses. Top each with another 1/4 cup (60 mL) yogurt.
Garnish each glass with a few berries and a mint sprig to serve.
