whole grain Dijon mustard

Roasted Garlic Seasoning Paste

Method

Step 1
Combine ground beef, egg, mustard, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. mix until just blended, then shape into 4 large patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2
Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Season patties with salt and pepper on both sides, then grill with lid closed for about 10 min., flipping once.
