Heat barbecue to medium-high. Cut zucchini lengthwise into 4 or 5 thick slices each. Brush one side of each slice with oregano seasoning paste. Grill both sides until lightly charred, about 4 min. per side. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chives and serve.
