Method

Step 1
Preheat barbecue to high. Grill lemon and artichokes approx. 7 min. or until nicely marked. Grill tomato slices briefly, until hot and juicy but still firm.
Step 2
Line a large plate with lemon slices. Place tomato slices on top, then artichoke pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
