Ingredients

1/4 cup
finely diced red onion
60 mL
1/4 tsp
salt

2 tbsp
lime juice

Roasted Garlic Seasoning Paste

avocados, ripe but firm, peeled, pitted and quartered
1/3 cup
finely diced SUNSET® Campari™ Tomatoes
75 mL
2 tbsp
finely chopped fresh cilantro
30 mL
1/2 tsp
hot sauce
2 mL

Method

Step 1
Preheat barbecue to high. In a bowl, mix together onion, salt, lime juice and roasted garlic paste. Set aside.
Step 2
Grill avocado 1 to 2 min. per side. Remove from barbecue, roughly chop and add to red onion mixture. Mix in tomatoes, cilantro and hot sauce. Serve with tortilla chips.
