finely crushed tortilla chips (size of coarse bread crumbs)
2 cloves garlic, minced
bakery-style burger buns, toasted
finely chopped tomato
finely chopped red onion
finely chopped cilantro
To make patties, mix turkey with egg, crushed tortilla chips, onion, garlic, chili powder, lime zest and salt. Divide into 4 portions. Shape each into 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick patties. Cook on preheated grill, at medium-high heat, for 5 to 6 min per side or until cooked through.
Make salsa by mixing the tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and salt.
Serve grilled burger patties in toasted buns with the tomato salsa.
