fresh basil, finely chopped
30 mL
2 tbsp
grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Method

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, simmer the soup until heated through. Add ravioli to saucepan and toss with soup until just heated through, 1-2 min.
Step 2
Divide ravioli mixture evenly among 4 plates, and sprinkle with basil and Parmesan to serve.
