In processor, combine chickpeas and garlic. Purée 30 sec., or until coarse ground. Add tahini, olive oil, 1/4 cup (60 mL) water, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Purée until smooth. Transfer to small bowl. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with pitas and vegetables.
