orzo (or other small pasta)

green beans cut into 1-in. (2.5 cm) pieces
250 mL
1 cup
frozen corn kernels
250 mL
2 cups
shredded BBQ Chicken
500 mL
1/2 cup
finely diced red pepper
125 mL
1 tbsp
Greek salad dressing
15 mL
2 tbsp
crumbled feta
30 mL
2 tsp
finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
10 mL


Step 1

Cook orzo (or other small pasta) according to package directions.

Step 2

Transfer to a bowl and while still hot, add extra fine green beans cut into 1-in. (2.5 cm) pieces, frozen corn, shredded BBQ Chicken and finely diced red pepper. Toss to combine.

Step 3

Stir in juice of half a lemon and Greek salad dressing. Garnish with crumbled feta and finely chopped fresh Oregano leaves and serve.
