Ingredients

- mixed sliced mushrooms, such as cremini, shiitake, oyster

- finely chopped fresh thyme

- 4 slices
- sourdough bread, toasted
- 2 tbsp
- crumbled goat cheese, divided
- 30 mL
Method
- Step 1
- Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook butter until foamy and beginning to brown, about 3 min. Add mushrooms, thyme and salt. Cook, stirring often, until liquid has been absorbed and mushrooms begin to brown, 8 to 10 min.
- Step 2
- Divide mushroom mixture over bread slices. Sprinkle goat cheese on top.
