garlic clove, finely chopped

canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Sensations by Compliments Medium Chunky Salsa

chili powder

2 tsp
chipotle pepper sauce (Tabasco-style)

ground cumin

salt and pepper to taste

sliced avocado, lettuce and tomato for toppings

Method

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
Step 2
In non-stick skillet, brown bison -- breaking up into pieces -- with onion and garlic. Stir in kidney beans, salsa, 1/4 cup (60 mL) water, chili powder, chipotle pepper sauce, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Heat through.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat tortillas in oven about 5 min. Set table with the tortillas, meat mixture and toppings for everyone to build their own burrito.
