Ingredients

- 35% whipping cream
- 375 mL
- 1 can
- sweetened condensed milk
- 300 mL

roughly chopped mixed fresh berries
(strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and/or blueberries) - 250 mL
Method
- Step 1
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream on medium speed 3 to 5 min., or until stiff peaks form. Reduce speed to low and beat in sweetened condensed milk. Set aside.
- Step 2
- Purée half the berries in a food processor (or mash in bowl with fork). Add both puréed (or mashed) and remaining chopped berries to cream mixture; beat on low just until combined.
- Step 3
- Scrape mixture into a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap, or seal in a plastic re-sealable container. Freeze about 8 hr., or until firm.
