Method

Step 1
Pour the beer and orange juice into a small bowl and add the saffron threads to soak. In another bowl, combine the lychees, grapefruit and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle the fruit with the vanilla. Pour the saffron and beer mixture over the fruit and toss to combine.
