Method

Step 1
In a skillet on medium heat, cook green onions with 1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil until translucent, about 5 min. Place onions and the remaining ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth. Enjoy with baked Sensations by Compliments Skinless Chicken Breasts, fish, pasta or vegetables.
