- Fresh mint leaves
- Wild Jumbleberry Fruit Blend, thawed and divided
- Liquid Honey
- Minced ginger
- Chilled Green Tea with Honey & Ginseng, divided
- Ice cubes
- Step 1
- Place mint leaves in a large pitcher and crush gently with a cocktail muddler or wooden spoon, until slightly bruised. Gently stir 2 cups (500 mL) of the fruit blend, honey and ginger into mint; reserve.
- Step 2
- Combine remaining fruit blend with 1 cup (250 mL) green tea. Crush fruit until a slightly chunky paste forms. Let stand 15 min. Strain juice from the crushed- fruit mixture into pitcher; discard pulp in strainer. Add ice to pitcher and pour remaining tea over ice. Stir well.
For a more grown-up version, add half a cup of vodka to the mix.
