Method
- Step 1
- Preheat grill to medium. In a food processor, blend cheese, 3 tbsp (45 mL) of the olive oil, sour cream, lemon and garlic until smooth; set aside.
- Step 2
- In a medium bowl, gently toss asparagus with remaining 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil, season lightly. Grill asparagus, turning occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, transfer to a platter and serve with goat cheese garlic sauce.
