Method
- Step 1
- Preheat the BBQ. Mix the oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper together and pour over the asparagus and the red pepper.
- Step 2
- Grill for 5-8 minutes or until the asparagus and pepper are lightly charred. Remove from grill.
- Step 3
- Assemble the wraps by mixing the mayo and pesto together and divide between the 4 tortillas. Evenly divide the cheese, turkey, asparagus, red pepper strips and lime zest. Fold the bottom edge up and fold over one end, then roll.
- Step 4
- Place on the grill, seam side down, and grill for two minutes per side or until the wrap gets grill marks.
