- Candied ginger
- Granulated sugar
- Lime, cut into round slices
- Pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
- Star fruit (carambola), thinly sliced
- Fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- Fresh mint
- Green Tea with Honey & Ginseng
Finely grind the candied ginger and sugar in a food processor. Pour into a flat small dish. Moisten the rim of each glass with a slice of lime, then dip it into the ginger sugar mixture.
To serve, divide the pineapple, star fruit, ginger, lime and mint evenly between glasses and carefully fill each glass with green tea.
