Method
- Step 1
- In a heat proof bowl set over boiling water, combine the cheese, chili powder, whipping cream, white wine and lime zest. Stir until fully melted, then add in the cilantro. Transfer to warm serving bowl.
- Step 2
- Dip makes about 1 1/2 cups (375 mL). Serve dip with Compliments Jalapeno Kettle Style Potato Chips and sliced rainbow sweet bell peppers.
