Method
- Step 1
- Bake crab cakes according to package instructions.
- Step 2
- Meanwhile in bowl, toss salad, cucumber and Caesar dressing. Divide salad between 2 plates.
- Step 3
- Place 2 slices of toasted bread on baking sheet. Top each slice with salad, then 2 slices tomato, then 1 crab cake each. Sprinkle shredded cheese over crab cakes. Melt cheese under broiler until bubbly and serve.
