strawberries, hulled and quartered
French-style crepes
1 1/2 oz
banana liqueur
45 mL
4 tsp
Mango Guava with Rum Drizzler
20 mL
1 sprig
fresh mint


Step 1

Melt butter in a small skillet set over medium-high heat. Add strawberries and sauté for 30 seconds. Add crêpes and gently turn to coat in butter. Add banana liqueur and immediately flambé with a match.

Step 2

To serve, place on a plate, top with mango drizzler and garnish with mint.


Use caution: Do not lean over the pan as you light the liqueur. Do not carry the dish while flaming. This is best done away from your table or stove. Keep a large metal lid on hand to cover the dish in case your flambé gets out of hand.
