Ingredients

11/4 pounds
round steak, cut into pieces
2
cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp
olive oil
1 tsp
red wine vinegar
1 tsp
seeded mustard
5 ounces
Compliments Organic Baby Spinach, to serve
Flatbread or Naan bread
12 ounces
cucumber feta dip

Method

Step 1
Heat a grill pan or barbecue over high heat.
Step 2
Place steak, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and mustard in a bowl and toss to combine.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Thread the beef onto skewers and grill or barbecue for 2–3 minutes each side for medium rare, or until cooked to your liking.
Step 5
Serve with spinach leaves, flatbread and feta dip.
