Ingredients

- cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp
- olive oil
- 1 tsp
- red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp
- seeded mustard
- 5 ounces
- Compliments Organic Baby Spinach, to serve
- Flatbread or Naan bread

Method
- Step 1
- Heat a grill pan or barbecue over high heat.
- Step 2
- Place steak, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and mustard in a bowl and toss to combine.
- Step 3
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Step 4
- Thread the beef onto skewers and grill or barbecue for 2–3 minutes each side for medium rare, or until cooked to your liking.
- Step 5
- Serve with spinach leaves, flatbread and feta dip.
