boneless skinless chicken thighs
Compliments Chicken Broth
dry white wine
cloves garlic, minced or pressed
minced Compliments Organic Fresh Rosemary

Italian parsley, finely minced
finely grated and minced rind (yellow part only) from 1 lemon
In a heavy 12-inch frying pan, place the olive oil over medium-high heat.
When hot, add chicken and cook, turning occasionally, until browned but still not cooked through, 5-6 minutes.
Add broth, wine, garlic, and rosemary to pan. Cover and bring to simmer until chicken is no longer pink in center (cut to test), about 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together flour and water until completely smooth.
Stirring constantly, slowly add flour mixture to chicken, whisking until smoothly incorporated and sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Spoon chicken and sauce into a serving container or onto individual plates. Mix together parsley and lemon peel.
Sprinkle over chicken or allow diners to sprinkle over chicken to taste and serve immediately.
