- salmon fillets (1 ½ lbs.), if frozen, thaw and blot dry
- 4 tbsp
- (1/2 stick) Compliments butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp
- honey
- 4 tbsp
- Sensations Original Dijon Mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Step 1
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Step 2
- In a small skillet or microwave-safe bowl, melt butter or margarine.
- Step 3
- Stir in honey and mustard.
- Step 4
- To grill, heavily grease grill rack.
- Step 5
- Or, to broil, line a broiler pan with heavy foil and grease the foil.
- Step 6
- Brush mustard mixture on one side of fish.
- Step 7
- Place on grill rack, mustard side down, or broil 4 inches from heat, mustard side up, for 3-4 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Step 8
- Turn, brush with mustard mixture and cook for 2-4 minutes, basting occasionally, until fish is well browned and flesh at thickest part is opaque when flaked with the tip of a sharp knife.

- Remove to plates and serve.
