- Compliments Ripe Sliced Olives, drained

- Sensations Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
- 2 tbsp

Method
- Step 1
- In a 5 to 6-quart pan, bring 3 quarts of salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Step 2
- Add spaghetti and cook until pasta is tender to bite, about 12 minutes.
- Step 3
- Meanwhile, whirl bread in a food processor until coarse crumbs form.
- Step 4
- Melt butter in a 12-inch nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Step 5
- Add bread and cook, stirring often, until crumbs are lightly toasted, 9-10 minutes.
- Step 6
- Watch carefully so they don’t burn.
- Step 7
- Remove from heat and transfer to a plate.
- Step 8
- Wipe frying pan clean and return it to high heat.
- Step 9
- Add broth, olives, garlic, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- Step 10
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
- Step 11
- When spaghetti is done, drain it well then return it to its cooking pan.
- Step 12
- Add the hot broth mixture along with the tuna, toasted bread crumbs, and chives.
- Step 13
- Mix well then transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
- Step 14
- Offer additional olive oil to drizzle over portions to taste.
