Ingredients

whole-wheat waffles
Pinch each cumin, paprika, salt and pepper
1 tbsp
margarine made with olive oil

Method

Step 1
Microwave waffles for 20 seconds.
Step 2
In small bowl, mix together paprika, cumin, salt and pepper
Step 3
Heat margarine in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Cut a circle out of the centre of each waffle with a juice glass. Place the waffles and circles in skillet. Cook until golden, about 1 minute. Flip over and crack 1 egg into the centre of each waffle. Sprinkle with spices, cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until done as you like.
Step 5
Use the toasted centre as a dipper. Enjoy with sliced oranges and a glass of soy beverage for a quick and satisfying breakfast.
