Method
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, salsa, cheese, herbs, oil and pepper.
- Step 2
- Lightly pat breadcrumb mixture onto chicken and bake on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet until chicken is cooked through, about 20 to 25 min.
