- milk chocolate, coarsely chopped

- 2 cups
- roasted, unsalted cashews
- 500 mL
Method
- Step 1
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Place chocolate in medium heatproof bowl; set over saucepan of simmering water. Melt chocolate; remove from heat. Mix in nuts.
- Step 2
- Drop tablespoonfuls of nut mixture onto lined baking sheet. Make 30 bites. Cool until chocolate is set before serving. (To store, stack pieces between layers of parchment in airtight container.)
