Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place tomatoes in an ovenproof dish, cut side up. Using a sharp knife, score the cut side of the tomatoes with an “X”. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and spoon herb mixture equally on top of tomato
halves; bake for 15 to 20 min. Serve warm.
