- fresh oysters, drained, patted dry

- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment. Cut each oyster in half cross-wise. Cut each slice of bacon in half cross-wise.
- Step 2
- Roll half-oysters inside halved bacon slices; secure with toothpicks. Arrange on baking sheet.
- Step 3
- Bake 5 min., turn over and bake another 5 min. until bacon is golden. Set on serving dish. Serve with cocktail or tartar sauce, if desired.
