Cucumber Roll with Hot Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and Dill
small seedless cucumbers, each thinly sliced lengthwise into 6 strips
Compliments Cream Cheese Spread
cubes original hot smoked salmon
small fresh dill sprigs
Spread each cucumber length with cream cheese and season with pepper. Place one cube smoked salmon at one end of each cucumber length and roll it up, inserting a toothpick to hold each roll together. Garnish with dill and serve with lemon wedges.
