Ingredients

fresh raspberries, divided

lemonade, chilled

light beer, chilled ice cubes to serve

Method

Step 1
Purée 1 cup (250 mL) fresh raspberries with an immersion blender. Combine in pitcher with lemonade, beer and remaining whole raspberries. Chill 15 min. to steep flavours. Serve over ice.
