12 x 12-in. (30 x 30 cm) piece cheesecloth, just damp
Pour the cider and juice in a large pot. Place spices, orange and lemon wedges in the centre of cheesecloth, draw it into a tight sack and tie with kitchen twine.
Place spice bundle in cider and juice mixture. Bring to medium-low heat (but do not let it simmer) for 20 min., then turn off heat and steep spice bundle another 5 to 10 min. Taste cider to check if flavour is strong enough before removing spice bundle. Serve in mugs garnished with cinnamon sticks and additional triangles of sliced orange and lemon.
