Method
- Step 1
- In large bowl, mix oil, honey, lime juice, chili powder, cumin and cayenne. Add the avocado and gently toss to coat. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro or mint. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss before serving.
