Suggested cooking instructions:

Stovetop: Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp. cooking oil, cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Cook to an internal temperature of 74ºC (165ºF).

Grill: Pre-heat grill on high, cook for 2 minutes on each side. Flip and rotate 90 degrees, cook for 2 more minutes on each side. Cook to an internal temperature of 74ºC (165ºF).

Suggested cooking instructions:

Grill: Pre-heat grill on medium-high, place skin side down, cook for 4 minutes, rotate 90 degrees, cook for 4 minutes, place on top rack, close lid, cook for 2-3 minutes to an internal temperature of 74ºC (165ºF).

Stovetop / Oven: Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp. cooking oil, place flesh side down, cook for 2 minutes, flip, place in a pre-heated 200ºC (400ºF) oven for 4-6 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 74ºC (165ºF).

Suggested cooking instructions:

Set Grill to med-high heat. Place the fish on a baking sheet and 4 inches away from the top of the heat source element for about 10 – 20 minutes (3-5 lbs fish), adjust cooking time for larger fish. Turn fish once. Fish is done when it becomes opaque and has a flaky texture. Product is cooked when internal temperature reaches 74ºC (165ºF).

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 190ºC (375ºF). Cook in an oven safe dish for 45-55 minutes or until it reaches an internal temp of 74ºC (165ºF). Cooking times will vary due to oven, size of salmon fillet, amount of stuffing used.

Suggested cooking instructions:

Cooked Shrimp Grillers: Simply warm up on grill or in oven and serve.

Raw Shrimp Grillers: Pre-heat oven to 200°C (400°F), cook for 8-12 minutes to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Skewer is done when raw shrimp turns from a translucent greyish colour to an opaque white and pink. Product is cooked when internal temperature reaches 74ºC (165ºF).
