If you have any special dietary requests please call us at 1-888-391-9759 or your local Safeway deli department to place your order.
Shortly after you place your order you’ll receive a confirmation email with an order number and the details of your order. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, please contact us at 1-888-391-9759 or your local Safeway deli department by phone.
When you place your order, you can select a pick-up time that suits you, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and you can place your order up to 4 weeks in advance. For large last minute orders, please connect with your local Safeway store or call 1-888-391-9759.
All orders need to be placed and paid online with a credit card.
If you want to make changes to your order please contact us at 1-888-391-9759 or the Safeway store indicated in your confirmation email at least 24 hours before pick-up time. All refunds will be made to your credit card.
To pick up your order in-store, show your confirmation email, either on your smartphone or by printing it out.
When you pick up your order, your trays will be refrigerated. A Safeway team member will let you know all of the required serving/reheat instructions where applicable.

Our regular delivery hours are 8am-8pm on weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends. If you require delivery outside of our regular hours, please contact us at 1-888-391-9759.
