Safeway supports a number of events in the communities we serve from fairs to festivals across Western Canada.
Regional Giving
Safeway is an active member in the communities we are a part of and contribute to the vibrancy of the neighbourhoods where our customers and employees live, work and play.
Programs that help alleviate hunger, support nutrition education and inspire healthy living are at the heart of our community focus. Daily donations to local food banks, food access for those in need, and healthy snacks for family events and festivals are commonly contributed through our stores.
What Types of Community Events Does Safeway Support?
