Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogourt
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped chives
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) liquid honey
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
  • pepper to taste

Method

  1. In large bowl, whisk together yogourt, lemon juice, chives, poppy seeds, honey, salt and pepper until blended.
