Ingredients

  • 4 cups (1 L) homemade clam and tomato mixer or Compliments Tomato Clam Cocktail
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) vodka
  • 5 lemon wedges, divided
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) celery salt
  • Ice
  • 4 celery stalks

Method

  1. In large pitcher, combine clam and tomato juice mixer and vodka.
  2. Sprinkle celery salt onto a saucer. Use a lemon wedge to rub rims of 4 tall glasses; dip rims in celery salt.
  3. Fill glasses with ice; top with clam and tomato juice mixture.
  4. Garnish drinks with remaining lemon wedges and celery stalks (cut longer than depth of glasses). Serve immediately.
