fresh strawberries, washed, dried, hulled and halved

balsamic vinegar

loosely packed arugula, washed and thoroughly dried
750 mL
2 tbsp
sliced mint

Method

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add arugula and mint to strawberry mixture. Gently toss to combine and serve immediately.
