Ingredients

- lean ground beef
- 11/2 ounces
- Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 3 tbsp
- minced Compliments Organic Fresh chives
- 1/8 tsp
- hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp
- Compliments Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp
- coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp
- salt
- 1/4 tsp
- dry mustard

- French rolls or hamburger buns
Method
- Step 1
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, blue cheese, chives, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and mustard.
- Step 2
- Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Step 3
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Step 4
- Gently form the burger mixture into about 4 patties.
- Step 5
- Oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done; serve on rolls.
